Famous for:	Her group (Girls Aloud) was formed after auditioning for a UK TV show Popstars. Anaemia sufferer Nicola was originally eliminated before the final stage, but was brought back into the final ten after Nicola Ward pulled out of the show after objecting to the show's contract. She became the second girl to join Girls Aloud. Since then Nicola has co-written two of the groups album tracks.
